About Me

I’ve been working with leaders since 2007, helping people to make sense of the challenges that come with leadership to find their own way forward.

My role isn't to tell you how to lead. It's to ask the questions, challenge your thinking and create the space for you to work out what’s right for you.

I believe good leadership starts with knowing yourself, being willing to look honestly at what's happening and having the courage to do something about it.
